Extending the Senses
devised with PYL collective
In this workshop lead by collective PYL, senses are treated as elastic threads that can be stretched into new territories. With the help of colorful tapes, ropes, and various natural materials, PYL experiments with shifting perception and exploring relationships with other-than-human beings. Participants are invited to attune to the subtle vibrations of matter, to invent new sensory pathways, and to imagine themselves as hybrid creatures. By the end, you may find your body listening differently, moving differently, or even becoming something other than you expected.
